Welcome to TepCoin Game! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TepCoin Game mobile application (the “Service”), provided by TepCoin Game. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account and use the Service.

2. Virtual Currency (“TepCoin”)

• The Service includes a virtual currency called “TepCoin.” You acknowledge that TepCoin is not real money and has no real-world monetary value.
• TepCoin is a virtual item for use within the Service for entertainment purposes only. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money, goods, or any other item of monetary value from us or any other party.
• You do not own the virtual items you acquire; instead, you acquire a limited, personal, revocable license to use them within the game.
• All purchases and transfers of TepCoin are final and non-refundable.

3. User-to-User Transfers of TepCoin

The Service allows you to transfer TepCoin to other users. By using this feature, you agree that:

• All Transfers Are Final: All transfers of TepCoin between users are final and irreversible. We have no liability for any disputes or losses arising from such transfers.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you are transferring TepCoin to the correct user. We are not responsible for transfers made by mistake.
• Prohibited Activities: Using the transfer feature for any fraudulent activity, scamming, selling TepCoin for real money, or any purpose other than for entertainment within the game is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Use a Display Name that is offensive, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or remove any username we deem inappropriate.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TepCoin Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
